It is authorized and regulated as a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), under the Investment Services and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 (Law 87(I)/2017), and subject to CySEC Rules. The CySEC Regulatory Registration for EMPORIUM CAPITAL K.A LIMITED is CIF 358/18.

Emporium Capital complies with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II). MiFID II provides a harmonised regulatory environment for investment services across the European Economic Area (EEA). The main objectives of the MiFID II Directive are to enhance financial transparency, increase competition, and offer greater consumer protection in investment services.

Compensating Clients of Cyprus Investment Firms (Cifs)
In compliance with Law 87(I)/2017, the Company is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF) covering Clients of Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs). The objective of the ICF is to secure claims by covered Clients against Cyprus Investment Firms through payment of compensation in cases where the member of the Fund is unable to do so from its own resources.
